Who we are

Prior Estates Limited are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are founder members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and have a proud history of supporting this body and the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the Directors are supporters of improving standards in the industry, regulation of managing agents and are committed to keeping up to date with the regular changes in legislation and regulations that impact on managing agents and their clients by running and attending training courses for office and estate based staff.

Jennifer Farrugia AIRPM MARLA
Jennifer Farrugia is an experienced property manager with over 10 years’ experience within the industry. As a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and holding the Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM) qualification, Jennifer brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical expertise to her role. She has a proven track record in managing residential developments of varying sizes, ensuring compliance, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of block management.
Michael Stitchman MIRPM AssocRICS
Michael is a qualified member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with over 15 years of experience in the property management industry, including 10 years as a Director at Prior Estates.

Throughout his career, Michael has been involved in all facets of residential property management, including day-to-day operations, the preparation and service of Section 20 notices, budgeting, and the production and review of service charge accounts. He also oversees compliance matters on behalf of management companies and has supported Resident Management Companies (RMCs) in legal proceedings related to the recovery of arrears and enforcement of lease terms

The Directors are assisted by a dedicated accounts team and your property will be assigned to a property manager who will be the first port of call for the Directors of the management company and the lessees. It is a policy of Prior Estates that all members of staff dealing with your property or are currently members of or are training to be member of IRPM.
